Account Manager (Cloud Sales Representative) (Hanoi and Hochiminh)

MEGAZONE CLOUD is looking for a passionate Cloud Sales Representative who contributes to building our emerging technology business with customers, based in the Vietnam office. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the Vietnam business team in an exciting, fast-growing business environment. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial professional with passion and experience in how to ‘scale’ sales efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive sales plan for MEGAZONE CLOUD’s service and product offerings to assigned customer territories. You will manage numerous customer accounts concurrently and strategically to deliver technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external technology partners. You’re also encouraged to proactively propose and experiment with lead-generation marketing campaigns to help address potential customers in alignment with the digital growth function in the headquarter. This role will report to the Head of Vietnam Business.

What you will do

● Responsible for prospecting and new business acquisitions for assigned territories in Vietnam

● Ability to identify opportunities during the qualification process and drive full sales process/resources to the resolution

● Independently execute the sales plan while working with key stakeholders (e.g. marketing, billing, technical support, product, partners, etc)

● Partner with the headquarter team to create a prioritized, tactical action plan to achieve jointly agreed goals

● Contribute to develop scalable sales tactics and improve sales productivity of the Vietnam team

Basic Qualifications

● 2-7+ years of professional work experience related to inside sales and field sales in a B2B IT environment

● Previous experience with process-based selling practices

● Knowledge & sales experience in cloud business including Amazon Web Services

● Positive attitude, technical curiosity, and self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

● Strong written and oral communication skills (English)

● BA/BS degree or relevant experiences

Preferred Qualifications

● Track record of meeting and exceeding established business goals

● Passion for working in a fast-paced, changing but highly collaborative team environment

● Cloud certification holder (AWS Certification, eg. AWS Solutions Architect Associate)

o Standard: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM), Monday to Friday

o Flexible working hours may apply depending on project (e.g., 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
