Mô Tả Công Việc

Our Client is looking for high candidates for Account Manager in a sales environment, Chemical industry who follow their safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements as well as act as a safety champion at customers’ sites.
Job Description:
 1/ Business Planning
• Achieve sales and profitability targets – Area and Division
• Analysis and review with manager business results, identify growth opportunities and action plans
• Expand market and make survey demands
• Make plan to increase at designated customers by target price
• Find out service call plan to meet service level agreements
• Monitor and report market intelligence in territory (competitors, customers)
 2/ Account Management
• Maintain and expand market as well as customer relationships at all level
• Meet customers requirement
• Utilize account profitability (e.g., equipment investment, flat fee management)
• Implement agreed corporate account commitments and proactively inform CAM of results, issues, and initiatives
• Prepare and hold periodic business reviews with strategic customers
• Find out and screen timely customers-at-risk, contract renewals and determine retention action plan with manager
• Make sure collection of receivables to proactively prevent credit holds
 3/ Customer Value Delivery and Documentation
• Search and identify, control, and give solutions to improve results, customer service, and total cost
• Identify, quantify, and communicate the company value provided
 4/ Account Prospecting – in conjunction with CAM/DM/FSM
• Control and manage grow to Win funnel and acquisition plan
• Conduct trials; produce and present customer proposal in line with internal approval process
• Negotiate and close the deal and implement conversion and start-up plan
• Manage competitor behavior

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• BA/BS/Food Science & Chemical degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment, Chemical industry (2+ years commercial laundry experience preferred)
• Industry experience
• Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction
• Customer service orientation with consultative selling aptitude
• Technical understanding (e.g., electrical, mechanical)
• Experience working with and knowledge of computers (e.g., MS Office suite)
• Fluent in English
