The Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager (Bidding & Project Implementation) plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing both the bidding process and the successful execution of awarded projects. This position requires a strategic mindset to develop winning proposals and strong project management skills to ensure seamless execution post-bid. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams—including Concept, Design, Cost Accounting, Procurement, and Execution — to maximize business opportunities and deliver high-quality results to clients.
Bidding & Business Development
• Develop and execute bidding strategies to secure new business and increase company revenue.
• Lead the end-to-end bidding process, including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, and submission.
• Work with internal departments (Concept, Design, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Execution) to gather key insights and ensure comprehensive bid proposals.
• Analyze client requirements to tailor proposals, ensuring they address specific needs and demonstrate added value for the bidding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business objectives and anticipate future opportunities.
• Review and approve bid proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to negotiate favorable contract terms.
Project Implementation & Execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients once a project is awarded, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Effectively handover project details from the bidding phase to the Execution team, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain high service levels.
• Continuously monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in events/ activations is required.
• Good English skills (booth writing and speaking), preferable to candidate with experience working foreign clients and partners.
• Proven experience in a senior bidding or account management role within a similar industry or sector.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully winning and delivering high-value bids and proposals.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
