Mô Tả Công Việc
To be responsible for processing daily operations of Account opening & Electronic Payment Service section in the system and controlling the documents including comply with Head Office Instructions, internal rule, SBV’s regulations.
- Handle opening new account, update existing customer’s account information and annual review KYC including
+ Advise individual and corporate customers procedure for opening account
+ Perform AML checking
+ Do KYC
- Handle set up and promote Banking Electronic Payment Service
- Assist operations of customer services department to precise data entry operation in the system for deposit side: cash deposit, withdrawal, fixed deposit and domestic remittance.
- Assist Cashier in counter-checking money before paying to customers
- Make related reports to Head Office, Management and local Authorities
- Customer satisfaction
- Develop operational knowledge and skills
- Performs other duties assigned by the Management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good understanding in manual of operation in the system;
- Good knowledge in all process of work;
- English fluently in writing, speaking communication;
- Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility.
- Corporate team work and mutual understanding;
- University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting);
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Can work under pressure, and multitask.
