Account Payable (6 months contract)

- Oversea payment: have negotiation skill; knowledge about oversea payment term (Incorterm, UCP600, URC-522,...); Attention to exchange rate market to proceed oversea payment, collect and check document, get the best exchange rate deal to bank and make transfer permittance exactly.

- Handle foreign currency accounts in headquarter and Rep.office: transfer fund, process payment at oversea bank, control ending balance and apply report to State bank Vietnam on time.

- Manage company credit card, included: open, change card limit situation, terminate,... ; payment credit amount monthly at bank and ERP system.

- Payment tax for import material/machinery, estimate tax amount have to pay and holding balance, check and receive document from accounting team, proceed payment at e-banking.

- Cover Credit Line to open LC for import material, follow-up payment date and other term.

- Other tasks.

- University graduate with related majors;

- From 1 Years experience in Finance / Accounting / International payment;

- Negotiation skill;

- Able to work independently and have high responsibility at work;

- Faithfully, carefully, expressly and clearly
