Working location: 22F Pearl Plaza, Binh Thanh Dist, HCMC Working hours: Mon - Fri (8h - 5h30) 1. Daily Check expense vouchers of Yen Phong factory and North Sales Branch of Orion Vietnam 2. Weekly double check and review purchasing transaction (Yen Phong Factory) 3. Coordinate with related Parts/teams to handle problems arising at factory, branch, and propose solutions to improve the inappropriate 4. Review, update and approve new supplier code/ prepaid contract arising at YP factory, North Sales Branch 5. Follow up DM contract: Monthly accrual cost, invoice tracking and net-off payment 6. E-invoice storage management - YP factory (Count/ full storage) 7. Manage (timely & completeness) accounting vouchers incurred from YP factory, North Sales Branch 8. - Have from 3 years of experiences in accounting in manufacturing/fmcg/retails or audit/accounting service company; - English: Immediately level; - Good and deep knowledge about principle of accounting and accounting system, tax policy; - Experienced in ERP/SAP will be advantage; - Honest, positive and willing to learn;
