- Controling sales and payment methods (such as cash, card, e-wallet, vouchers…) are integrated completeness, accuracy and on time into the system. Monitor and make sure daily-monthly report accuracy and on time.
- Checking and reconciling monthly sales, retail commission and other fee with departments, platform e-commerce
- Controling the collections of all kinds of receivables effectively. Work with Sales team to collect slow paying customers
- Ensure monthly closing of accounting records is done on time
- Reconciling invoice between SAP and E-invoice system to ensure all goods/services are fully billed. Responsible for monthly VAT output report of sales.
- Working with internal auditors, external auditors, bankers, tax officer,… related to operation of business and legal requirements
- Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification and experience:
- Experience: 2+ years relevant working experience in the same position (experience in Retail industry is an advantage)
- English: conversational / business level.
- Experience in SAP, Excel is preferred
- Knowledge in tax and other local regulations
Personal skills and attributes:
- Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team, with strong verbal and written and communication skills
- Ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced, professional environment
