Account Support Lead Vietnamese Speaker (Relocation to Bangkok, Thailand)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

We are looking for top-performing Account Managers with B2B and B2C experience to build and maintain client relationships. You will manage a portfolio of clients primarily over the phone, driving revenue, retention, and long-term business growth. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the financial markets, sales-driven, and a natural problem-solver.

What You’ll Do

- Be the lead point of contact for your accounts and clients

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships and trust with key clients

- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients

- Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives

- Respond quickly to client requests and resolve issues efficiently

- Meet and exceed daily retention and sales targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in Vietnamese (verbal and written) to be based in Bangkok Thailand

- English proficiency preferred as an additional language

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure

- Customer-focused, accommodating, and able to solve problems creatively

- High energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset

- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field advantageous
