Accountant

p• Issue invoices, and follow up to solve the problems raised by the customers relating to invoices and payment; • Handle all inquiries regarding bank-in information and related AR collection issues; • Update incoming payment from Bank statement to the system to ensure no variance at month-end between the system & bank; • Check AR status and do telex release in the system; • Make SOA to credit accounts and Monitor credit accounts, to ensure no overdue for assigned credit customers and handle other analyses into AR performance; • Highlight high-risk debt, and overdue debt (If any) to the sales team and above; • Check & approve payment from OP team & settle payment base on carriers deadline • Check SOA from agent, trucking company; • Update outgoing payment from Bank statement to system to ensure no variance at month-end between system & bank; • Making offset of AR/AP in the system, and inform to vendors or customers; • Handle ad-hoc tasks as Manager requirements./p

p• Graduated from College or University with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related to Economics; • At least 1 year of accounting experience; • Good command of spoken and written English or Chinese; • Working independently and willing to learn, agile, enthusiastic, dynamic, honest, and responsible for work.
