Accountant

Job Overview:

The Accountant Executive will manage the financial operations of Vietnam branch, supporting B2B retailers and B2C online channels. This includes recording costs and expenses, invoicing retailers, managing debt and collections, reconciling sales data, and acting as a financial liaison between the local branch and the headquarters in China.

1. Invoicing and Payment Management (B2B & B2C):

Issue accurate and are processed on time for invoices to B2B retailers (e.g., Guardian, Watson) and for B2C online sales (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee)

Track and manage payments for both B2B and B2C sales, ensuring timely collections from retailers and platforms.

Reconcile sales data from B2B retailer agreements and B2C e-commerce platforms to ensure consistency and accurate financial reporting.

Manage overdue payments from B2B retailers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure efficient debt recovery.

Monitor payment terms and conditions for each B2B retailer and ensure compliance

2. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation (B2B & B2C):

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both the Vietnam branch and headquarters.

Reconcile sales data from various B2C platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok) and B2B retailer accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with headquarters’ financial reports.

3. Communication with Headquarters (China):

Act as the main financial liaison between the Vietnam branch and the headquarters in China.

Regularly report financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, and collections to the headquarters.

Translate financial reports and updates as needed to facilitate smooth communication between teams in Vietnam and China.

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

o3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the beauty, retail, or e-commerce industries.

oProficiency in invoicing, accounts receivable, debt collection, and financial reconciliation for both B2B and B2C.

oExcellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (Mandarin is preferred).

oProven records at similar role in FMCG/Beauty company.
