- Monitor customer account details for outstanding payments and prepaid payments
- Take a proactive role in managing and working with sales team to collect debts
- Check and post of receipts to accounting systems
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and report daily, weekly, monthly
- Preparation of client statements in reconciliations
- Other tasks are required by Line Manager

• Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
• Able to work under pressure with deadlines and focused on identifying key issues and providing solutions.
• Strong Computer skills: MS Office, Windows, Word, Excel
• Knowledge of Misa preferred
Remuneration and Terms
- Attractive remuneration package, and benefits depending on experience and qualification, with outstanding Performance Bonus
- 13th salary
- Holiday: 1 time/year
- Work time: From Monday to Friday (8.00 to 17.00); 2 Saturday mornings (8.00 to 12.00)
- Commencement date to be negotiated, with immediate start preferred
