Mô Tả Công Việc
- Make VAT/FCT report monthly (declaration & payment);
- Check daily payment request & remittance on internet banking;
- Do closing task monthly: post accounting transaction to ELSA system; review GL account before closing;
- Prepare internal report: bank balance; update AR, AP status;
- Review contract before signing;
- Check some accounting document such as: minutes of invoice cancellation or adjustment, AR-AP confirmation letter,...
- Support other tasks related to tax, audit, bank;
- Filing accounting voucher (if any);
- Work with bank, auditor, tax authority & other related government authorities;
- Other tasks assigned by managers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5-10 years of experience in similar position for FDI company, payment accountant in logistics company is prefer;
- Basic English communication required;
- Have basic skills of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Accounting Software;
- Able to work independently and in group;
- Honest, hard working, enthusiasm;
- Priority for candidates start work early.
