• Coordinate with Sales team and follow up Account receivable
• Management AR in the system and make sure the balance is correct
• Reconcile inventory balance between system and related department monthly
• Be in charge of petty cash report and office expenses.
• Prepare the statistic reports, chemical reports and other monthly reports (if required)
• Update related new tax regulation / law
• Responsible for coordinating with other departments for smoothly business
• Support other accounting projects, as necessary
• Prepare the related accounting statement
• Document filling and other ad hoc job assigned by manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a must
• Working experience from 1-2 years
• Understand about accounting procedure and standard
Skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software
• Fluent English skills
• Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
• Good communication and organization
