Accountant

POSITION SUMMARY (Objective/Purpose of Position):

The purpose of this role is to ensure Tax filings, tax refund is complied with Tax regulations, perform bank payment, collecting receivables on time, review all detail accounting transactions to ensure Financial statement accuracy.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES:

Major Actions and Support Actions

1. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Pay vendor invoices and post customer payments on a timely. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts;

2. Tax: Prepare tax filings, tax refund and ensure compliance with tax regulations;

3. Financial Reporting: Verify and record all accounting transactions, general ledger accounts. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing financial reports including Balance sheet and Income statements. Analysis of financial performance and variances;

4. Auditing: Support internal and external audits. Provide necessary documents and reports;

5. Compliance: Comply with company policies, processes, Tax and Accounting processes.

6. Others: Other related accounting daily work and requirement from line manager, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Over 7 years’ work experience in accounting and at least 2 years of experience in equivalent position

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Proficient in taxation and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong coordination ability, logical thinking ability and financial risk management ability

• Good professional ethics and sense of responsibility

• Good at teamwork, with affinity, good communication skills

• Advance in Excel skills and proficiency with ERP software (Oracle, iScala, SAP…)

• Ability to meet deadlines, time management skills and work under pressure

• Ability to proactively learn, explore to uphold regulations and contribute to process in work

• English can be used as a working language
