Accountant

- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Prepare and record journal entries in the accounting software in accordance with accounting standards.

- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate cost allocation across all relevant accounts.

- Ensure all documents, invoices, and accounting procedures comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

- Support interactions with tax authorities, auditors, and inspectors as requested by the Chief Accountant.

- Ensure compliance with the group company's accounting policies and internal guidelines.

- Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.

- Monitor and follow up on payments and deposits related to sales orders.

- Prepare payment requests, accounts receivable (AR) consolidation reports, and confirmation letters for customers.

- Organize and archive accounting documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

- Proficient in English (4 skills)

- Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience in an accounting role (1+ year)

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous, organized, and thorough in work execution.
