Accountant

Role purpose:

To support the organization's financial operations by efficiently managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial data.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts payable:

• Verify, record, and process suppliers invoice.

• Reconcile accounts payable with vendors periodically.

• Checking payment documents as policy, DoA (Delegation Of Authority).

• Maintain contract/ agreement and documentation.

Accounts Receivable:

• Tracking system Sales invoice with shipments.

• Tracking/ issue E-Invoice on time.

• Reconcile receivables with customers, and AR balance.

• Manage and follow E-Invoice with Tax requirements.

Bank Accountant:

• Record daily bank transactions.

• Reconcile bank balances with accounting records.

• Prepare payment and transfer documentation.

• Payment process Bank payments as policy.

• Tracking Credit card payments/ balance.

Other tasks:

• SAP Go-Live Tasks by Accounting Role.

• Gov Bank state reports if any.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager for both factories upon the request.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance – Accounting major.

• 3-5 years of working experience in similar position in manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in MS Office application and Accounting Software.

• Experience ERP system, MS Office, excel formulas.

• Very good time management skills, organizational skills and able to work under pressure.

• Initiative, flexible, proactive.

• Good communication in English.
