Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant who will be in charge of Accounting and Finance

Our ideal candidate is hardworking, careful, reliable to ensure efficient, timely and accurate recording datas under control

Key responsibilities

Account and Finance

• Prepare suppliers invoice payments

• Record input invoices, petty cash, validate and process staff reimbursement

• Record AR, AP and prepare bank account reconciliation every month

• In charge of variances with relevant parties

• Assist in the adoption and implementation process of accounting policies to adhere to the relevant tax regulation

• Assist cash flow management

• Assist with inventory record management

• Handle booking air ticket, hotel booking for other departments

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Accountant with 2 - 3 years in Accounting and Finance

• Careful, thoughtful, reliable. Fast study new knowledge of NAV system

• Good English skills, hard-working, team-work.
