Accountant

A. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Review and verify payment documents, including PO, contracts, invoices, and payment requests.

• Record expenses and supplier payables accurately in the accounting system to ensure accurate financial records.

• Prepare weekly/monthly payment schedules to support cash flow planning.

• Track invoice status, contract terms, and ensure payments are processed on time.

• Maintain proper filing of AP documents to meet audit and compliance requirements.

B. Fixed Assets (FA)

• Record additions, disposals, and transfers of fixed assets; assign asset codes and categories.

• Calculate and post monthly depreciation.

• Conduct periodic physical asset verification with related departments.

• Handle asset disposal, write-off, or sale procedures.

• Maintain complete documentation for all assets (handover records, acceptance minutes, purchase contracts, etc.).

• Prepare fixed assets reports for management and auditors.

C. Inventory Management

• Record all inventory movements: goods receipt, issuance, and adjustments.

• Reconcile accounting data with warehouse/ERP systems to ensure accuracy.

• Support periodic and ad-hoc stock counts; investigate and explain variances.

• Track costing, purchase prices, and unit of measure conversions.

• Ensure inventory data reflects actual stock value and complies with accounting standards.

D. Reporting

• Weekly/monthly AP ageing reports.

• Fixed assets reports: additions, disposals, depreciation.

• Inventory reports: stock movement, slow-moving or obsolete items, stock differences.

• Support management reports and annual audit requirements.

• Degree in Accounting or any relevant bachelor's degree.

• At least 1 year of experience in general accounting, asset management, import – export (preferably in the manufacturing industry)

• Able to communicate in English.

• Willing to go on business and temporary training at HQ (Hanoi).

• Proficient in MS Office.
