We are recruiting a Billing & AR Accountant with the following requirements:
Major Responsibilities
► In charge of Billing
+ Issuing invoice
+ Preparing billing report for service lines
+ Resolving issues (if any) to speed up billing process
► In charge of Account Receivable (AR)
+ Booking daily receipts
+ Preparing AR report for service lines
+ Sending reminders to other EY offices
+ Resolving issues (if any) to speed up collection process
► Reconciliation of accounts
+ Preparing monthly tax return
+ Reconcile revenue and VAT output, AR, Provision Bad Debt, Prepayment, misc. accounts
+ Booking adjustment entries

Requirements
► At least 2- 3 years of experience in similar business environment
► University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics or Banking
► Ability to work independently and as part of a team
► Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
► Excellent excel skill and proficiency in other MS office applications
► Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
