Job Description
- Perform all accounting tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, book management in all accounting fields: payroll, receipt, liabilities, assets fixed, inventory, cash expenses, consolidation and other support activities.
- Prepare monthly financial prediction report including profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, cost analysis.
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including financial forecasts and detailed financial analysis for management, auditors and banks.
- Organize, manage and monitor accounts payable and receivables.
- Manage the external audit at the end of the year and calculate the accounting of taxes in accordance with the requirements of the company or local government.
- Further develop the company's financial controlling to support decision-making.
- Manage and oversee the company's overall day-to-day operations.
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis to address their needs and concerns.
- Supervise and lead the company staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure smooth inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of excellence and growth.
- Assist the General Director in planning, organizing and managing all activities of the company.
- Implement and assist the CEO directions.
- Develop and establish the operational plans of the company.
- Coordinate/develop solution for strategy, opportunities and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key people and decision makers in new account.
- Attend & solve labor, legal, related purchase stores & maintenance issue.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong command in English (Speaking and writing) is a must!
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting (in a mid or senior position).
- Bonus for applicants with operational management experience (not required but preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus (not required but preferred).
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Ability to use accounting/ERP software (SAP, FAST, EFFECT, ODOO…), and other office equipment (fax, scan, photocopy…)
- Good working knowledge of the Vietnamese and international accounting principles, and relevant regulations (including taxes, social insurance, etc ….)
- Being familiar with Tax reports, Management report
- Well-organized, hard working, honest and able to work effectively under pressures.
