- Monitoring banking account
- Managing statutory reports
- Managing GLs/ book closing
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Prepare financial statements, tax reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information as requested from management & auditing/tax liquidation purpose
- Handling Financial audit
- Conducting internal reports: cash plan/ forecast & project P&L reports
- Office management and administrative functions.
- HR functions including maintaining proper personnel records and keeping such information confidential.
- Coordinate and liaise with parent company for all finance and admin matters
- Other works assigned by Managing Director
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3 year experience in accounting, prefer in service/ trading company
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Working in a dynamic international environment & work directly with Singapore team
