Accountant cum Admin Officer - Towel Trading Company

COT.JAY VIETNAM is a newly established enterprise based in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on the export and distribution of premium towels, rugs products. We are looking for an employee who will be responsible for communication with the accounting service provider and handling administrative tasks during the initial stage of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with accounting firm and deliver accounting/tax documents

• Prepare and manage documents such as contracts, invoices, etc.

• Assist with external affairs such as banks, tax authorities, and customs

• Manage office operations and provide general administrative support

• Administrative support for export/import and customs clearance

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Honest, responsible, and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in towel/textile business or export companies to Korea

• Proficiency in English or Korean (for daily work communication)

• Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation
