Accountant (English Required)

Position Summary

• To prepare management accounts for the Vietnam region to a draft level.

• To ensure that all reporting requirements are met and that accurate information is presented to the Finance Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting including draft profit & loss account, balance sheet & cashflow statements within the 5 working day deadline.

• Preparation of the Management Operations Reporting Deck (MOR) by 15th of each month.

• Maintains Cost Accounting functions within the ERP and other ancillary systems.

• Analyze and report project profit margins and communicate significant variances to management.

• Weekly Cashflow Forecasting & Bank Account management.

• Vietnam VAT & Tax Reporting

• Work closely with our external auditors / accountants for taxation and audit matters

• Credit Control & Cash Collections

• Ensure all relevant reporting deadlines are met

• Follows appropriate policies and procedures

• Regular and ad hoc reports as required

• Other duties as assigned

• Experience with multi currency

• Experience working in an international organization

• Extended travel to UK for period of training

• Familiar with a variety of business and accounting concepts, practices and procedures

• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems – Microsoft D365 desired but not essential

• Strict attention to detail

• Proven ability to maintain confidential information

• Speaks fluent English
