Accountant Executive cum Admin

Your primary tasks will be:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for European Accounting System

• Manage General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

• Manage and Declaration of Company Tax, VAT or other tax with Local Tax Bureau

• Meticulous, analytical and able to perform effectively in a high pressure & fast paced environment

• Accurate and prompt updating entries into system

• Handle Finance – related ad-hoc duties

• Assist in the General Administration (greets visitors and answers phone calls as operator, manages employee records and recruitment paperwork, payroll and relevant tasks, supports onboarding, payroll, and leave tracking, manage/order office supplies, snacks, X-mas gifts..., coordinates staff needs, equipment, and office maintenance,...)

Your qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting position

• A background in relevant accounting experience

• Possess Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalent

• Proficient in MS office applications or good computer skills

• Highly motivated with initiative & achievement driven

• Able to meet reporting deadlines.

• Fluent in English – both written and oral

• Start from 1st January 2026
