Accountant, Ha Noi

This position will be mainly in charge of accounting tasks of which is specified as follow.:

- Monitor petty cash: cash advance, cash payment, input data AP, GL into the system.

- Monitor OTS of Ha noi Branch, do weekly OTS report.

- Monitor account payable/account receivable:

- Support HCM accounting section, follow up and arrange AP documents to make payment….

- Update all daily and month-end journal entries relating to actual/accrual.

- Collect VAT invoices, input into the system; issue invoices. Prepare VAT report monthly/quarterly

- Banks reconciliation.

- Support to issue invoices to customers and other jobs to be assigned.

- Conducting a customer credit assessment on request from sales staff

- Regular financial training for sales staff to target on right customers

- Regular financial stress tests for high-risk customers (including market research)

Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Having at least 5-10 year experience in doing accounting, finance tasks in similar position.

- Experience in the logistics industry or shipping is preferable.

- Good working attitudes: disciplined, supportive minded, diligent, honest and punctuality.

Required Skills

- Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, accounting system.

- Quick learning and adaptable.

- Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
