Accountant (Outsource)

- Working closely with the General Accountant, supported by FiSS and external accounting provider

- Support the Accounting Manager to optimize set up, quality and check-up of Accounting and Tax processes and tools

- Accountable for deliverables of accounting processes done by FISS, external provider and local team

- Understand SE Tax for compliance with local and international Tax requirements

- In collaboration with tax ensure preparation and accuracy of tax returns

- Local tax compliance and in particular declaration, payment and documentation

- Review of tax / accounting reconciliation

- Helping the accounting manager for implementation of internal controls in all accounting and tax

Knowledge and education:

- Technical knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and country accounting (statutory & tax)

- Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing from credit university

- CPA, ACCA certified is preferred

Skills:

- Process oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)

- Capacity to collaborate and manage stakeholders (Accounting Manager, FPA – Financial Planning & Analysis, General Accounting, FISS (Finance Shared Services) team)

- IT savvy and tools oriented

- Ability to synthesize and identify key priorities and problems and explain complex issues in a simple manner

- Having learning agility
