Accountant Staff

1. Financial Accounting:

• Monitor daily posting journal entries for revenue and inventory.

• Collect the documents related to incur foreign contractor tax.

• Update the GIT and address long-lasting good arrivals issues.

• Calculate and post the JV for Salary, Amortization, Commission, Brand License, etc.. to GL for monthly closing.

• Prepare revenue reports and reconcile to e-invoice system and other related departments and post sales transactions to PCMRP to ensure that they properly keep track and record.

• Control the account receivable (external customers) to collect debt on time.

• Prepare the Interco Confirmation letters at the month-end for related parties.

• Support to monitor fixed assets and other short and long-term assets.

• Perform other ad hod tasks as requested.

2. Continuous Improvement Projects:

• Brainstorm new ideas with team and other departments to support for implementation of the savings projects.

3. Others:

• Perform other tasks related to financial data to Internal Auditors/Group Managements as ad-hoc request.

1. Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business.

• At least 4 years’ experience working in the Accounting Field

• Knowledge of Accounting Law, Tax and related regulations.

2. Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to use advanced MS Office, especially Excel functions and Power point, MS Outlook.

• Proficiency of using English, especially speaking, and writing skills at level TOEIC 600 or IELTS 5.5.
