Accountant Staff (Female, Age: 22 - 35)

About the role and responsibilities:

• Prepare Aging report before the 10th of each month

• Responsible to perform trade receivable function: monitor overdue debts and remind customers; reconciliation of statement of accounts

• Monitor and manage cash payment, cash receipt, business trip expenses, company trip expenses

• Monitor and perform bank payment, bank receipt, bank-related transactions

• Daily record transactions into Microsoft Dynamics NAV: vendor invoices, expenses, cash in and out…in timely, consistent basis in-line with accounting policy

• Checking and reconciling actual inventory and inventory in accounting book

• Liaise with CS team for VAT invoice related issues and other issues

• Organize VAT invoices, documents, bank statements, contracts into the folders

• Liaise with external auditor on annual audit

• Other tasks from superiors

• Graduated from College/University in Accounting

• Skill in accounting software

• Basic English communication and reading comprehensive

• Good at Microsoft Office

• Honest, careful, confidential and dedicated to work, teamwork

• Knowledge of internal management reports

• Have at least one year experience as similar position
