DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
● Performs monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entry preparation, and account reconciliations
● Responsible for the preparation, review and analysis on restaurant level P&Ls
● Analyze inventory variances and work with field management to resolve and explain discrepancies
● Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data; timely escalation of issues
● Contribute to ongoing process improvements within department and job function
● Work with management to understand trends in the business and potential impact/interpret results
● Daily interaction/support to field management in regards to the restaurant financials
● Restaurant unit accounting responsibilities as defined with specific restaurants assigned
● Process and oversee monthly payrolls
● Manages the Manpower Bank program for new hires and other changes.
● Manages and maintains employee benefits program including insurance program by government regulation.
● Supports the operation management team by providing HR advice, reporting, developing and updating policies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● 1-3 years accounting experience
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong understanding of internal controls required
● Strong organization skills
● Ability to work independently and take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
● Must possess high integrity, is results driven and offer solutions
● Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change
● Confident team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work across multiple functions to achieve goals – collaborative consensus builder who works well with others
● Able to present ideas and generate enthusiasm and support around them
● Superb attention to detail
EDUCATION
● Bachelor degree in Business required; Accounting or Finance preferred
