Accounting

1. Fully responsible for managing the accounting, fund flow, and ensuring fund security for overseas projects and companies.

2. Set up accounting subjects and archive original records for overseas companies.

3. Track accounts receivable, prepare weekly accounts receivable statistics, and compile monthly accounts receivable reports.

4. Communicate with overseas accounting firms and law firms to ensure compliance and legality of overseas company accounts.

5. Prepare various financial statements, draft notes to financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and report to senior management.

6. Provide detailed account schedules and related audit materials for auditing purposes.

7. Balance intercompany transactions between overseas and domestic companies, conduct efficient tax planning, and reconcile intercompany accounts.

8. Prepare monthly shipping plans for domestic companies, arrange export routes, and determine currency selection.

1. Associate degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related fields from a full-time program; holding an accounting qualification certificate, with preference for those with a mid-level accountant certification.

2. Over five years of general ledger accounting experience in an industrial enterprise, or three or more years of full-cycle accounting experience in a publicly listed company; familiar with general taxpayer operations and cost accounting processes.

3. Proficient in using UFIDA U8/ERP financial software and office software.

4. Strong skills in cost management, risk control, and financial analysis.

5. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication abilities, with a collaborative team spirit.

6. Proficient in English and available for business travel.
