Accounting Assistant cum Admin & HR

Issue VAT invoices following OPS staffs / clients’ request - Verify the payment of Clients. - Enter data to 1C system and Misa software - Arrange and store documents - Make payroll, labor contracts and carry out procedures related to social insurance and personal income tax for employees - Make & monitor timesheet, off working for employees. - Office admin: Arrange to order stationary, drink water, Birthdays party, vacation, year end party... - Partner with COO to post job vacancies, contact with candidates, arrange interviews. - Other tasks as requested by Chief Accountant/ Manager.

- Graduated in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. - At least 1 years’ experience in similar position. - Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). - Good Communication in English / Russia. - High responsibility, being able to work under pressure. - Being service-minded, careful, hard -working and positive thinking. - Experience in Shipping Lines/ Freight Forwarding/ Logistics industry will be advantageous. * Benefits: - Dynamic working environment. - Fully insured Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance according to Vietnam’s Labor Law - Bonus 13th salary or more (depending on the business situation of the company)
