Accounting Assistant Section Leader / Trợ Lý Trưởng Bộ Phận Kế Toán

1) Review and provide guidance on work performed by the team on areas like inventory related transactions and postings, Intercompany transactions etc

2) Perform monthly FG reconciliation , average cost for all inventory type etc

3) Support in price monitoring

4) Review of freight and other expenses analysis

5) Prepare costing reports

6) Checking new item code created by LOG & ADM

7) Computation and prepare submission file for WHT

8) Provide guidance on e-invoicing matters

9) Yearly custom submission

10) Support in the annual review of slow moving stock and stock count

11) Support assignment of ad hoc projects as required

Job requirements

• University Degrees in Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing companies.

• Leadership qualities and good communication skills is preferred.

• Good analytical skills and well-versed in Excel.

• Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English.

• Able to lead a team and is a team player.
