Developing and implementing effective and efficient financial and accounting reporting system.
Lead the Accounting department of a small business unit by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budget, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
Activities
- Leading the Accounting Department support unit of a small business enterprise;
- Responsible for accounting record and analysis report for significant balance sheet/PL item;
- Supervise and coordinate the month end close to ensure timely compliance to reporting timeable;
- Calculating and checking to make sure payment; amounts and records are correct;
- Providing reliable financial and operational analysis to partners, driving growth and operational efficiency including month-end processing;
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies;
- Submit tax report, fiannlize corporate income tax; solve tax issues;
- Developing and maintaining a management information system including reporting forms, key performance indicators, systematic and consistent analysis and presentation;
- Working on F&A Share service productivity to Central Group Finance; supporting Business Controller in developing and analying the share service;
- Promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication;
- Leading initiating to build & develop standardized the F&A processes;
- Perform any duties and projects as assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
+ Knowledge of finance, accounting, including General Acceptd Accounting Principles;
+ Knowledge of automatic financial accounting reporting system;
+ Knowledge of statutory financial regulation, ability to analyze the financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections;
Skills
+ Hard working, can do attitude, strong foundation of aggregating, report deadlines and working in challenging environment
+ Passionate about financial reporting, entrepreneurial spirit, run extra mile, trustful, strong business sense
+ Excellent professional written and verbal communication skill required (interested in working with both financial and other management team)
+ Ability to multi rigorous and enterprising, capacity to work independently, good analytical and communication skill;
Education : Bachelor’s degree and master in Finance/Accounting/Auditing. F&B will be advantage. Certificate Chief Accountant is a must.
Expérience: 7 years experience in Accounting and finance, 5 years experience as manager level
Attitude: Ability task, work under pressure
Language: English
Computer skill: MS Offices (excel, Power point), SAP & Oracle Finance
