Accounting Manager

Missions :

- Supervise the accounting and administrative control of the organisations in Vietnam (production, justification and verification of the company accounts), produce and analyse the balance sheet and establish the profit and loss statement of the organisation (fiscal result, corporation tax, tax return and appendices).

- Analyse the general provisions, fixed asset and equity accounts in order to compile the file to justify the year-end balance.

- Participate in the preparation of tax and social declarations in compliance with legal deadlines and monitor the recording of these formalities.

- Carry out the cash flow cycle, the necessary reconciliations and the end-of-period revaluations.

- Ensure the consolidation of management reports, analyze the various statements and correct anomalies in order to obtain a consolidated Group cash flow statement.

- Configure and maintain the Group's management consolidation tool to produce balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements. Identify anomalies and make the necessary corrections or appropriate action plans.

- Check the consistency between the operating result from general accounting and that produced by management.

- Ensure the operational configuration of management tools, maintenance and support in compliance with legal standards and internal rules.

- Participate in the preparation and analysis of the balance sheet and the establishment of the Group's consolidated income statement. Be the guarantor of IFRS standards and internal rules.

- Manage a team of general accountants.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred);

- At least 5-year experience as an Accounting Manager/Chief Accountant in manufacturing factories;

- Experience in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle…);

- Excellent communication, skills (in both English and Vietnamese).
