Accounting Manager

Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage the VN Shared Service team to deliver accurate and efficient accounting services.

• Prepare monthly team performance reports to track KPIs and service quality.

• Set KPIs and conduct quarterly performance appraisals for team.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL.

• Verify and approve weekly payment transactions.

• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines.

Compliance & Control

• Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards, tax laws, and Group policies.

• Coordinate with finance business, internal and external auditors during audit cycles.

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Work with local IT, group IT, HConnect and related business functions to implement D365 enhancements and optimizations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Merchandising, etc. to support process integration and efficient service delivery.

• Communicate with HConnect to ensure alignment and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related fields.

• CPA/ACCA/ CIMA Certificate is preferrable.

• Strong understanding of accounting standards (VAS, IFRS) and tax regulations

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX 365 preferred).

• Fluent in English (written and spoken),

• Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Process improvement & automation mindset

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or shared service leadership role (large teams 20+ members)
