Accounting Manager

- Management of the Accounting department.

- Assures company compliance with policies & procedures.

- Development and implementation of operational indicators to measure and follow up the company’s performances.

- Responsible for company tax and legal aspects (VAT, corporate Tax…)

- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.

- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.

- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.

- Check all Monthly Finance Reports.

- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.

- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.

- Provide guidance and training to other Accountants.

- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.

- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.

- Follow up all Shareholder loan and report to Sate Bank of Viet Nam.

- Reply to all emails about anything related to accounting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related area.

• 3 - 5 years experience in similar role.

• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases (Sun systems and Misa).

• Language: Good at English
