Accounting Officer (Account Payable) (Hanoi Head Office - 567)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 02 Accounting Officer (Account Payable) in Hanoi Head Office

- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job description:

1) Record accounts payable/expenses for AEONMALL Vietnam to ensure that all AP and expenses are recorded correctly and timely; Well communicate with other departments to collect sufficient accounting information for monthly booking (35%)

2) Check payment requests received from departments and process cash payment/bank remittance for all suppliers/partners correctly and on time (30%)

3) Consult other departments on accounting, tax, and contract matters (10%)

4) Prepare AP monthly/quarterly reports; prepare list of input VAT invoices (10%)

5) Support consultant and auditors for monthly/yearly review (5%)

6) Handle accounting’s administrative jobs: managing document storage, bank documentation processing, … (5%)

7) Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors (5%)

1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.

2) Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.

3) Good communication in English and Vietnamese.

4) Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).

5) Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.

6) Have high responsibility and be careful.
