Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 02 Accounting Officers.

+ Work location: 01 person for AEON MALL Binh Tan; 01 person for AEON MALL Tan Phu
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
+ Report to: Operation Manager/ Deputy Manager

1. Collect & check daily sales reports from tenants fully & exactly before loading to the system. Compare with bank report & export report to the tenant;
2. Collect fees from another team, check, calculate & make settlement fee fully & correctly send to head twice a month;
3. Support tenant’s daily operation relating to the daily sales report, cash machine, credit machine, other (if any);
4. Check tenants’ sales revenue to limit cheating from tenants and ensure daily sales reports run smoothly and exactly;
5. Make and follow documents relating to Tenancy Agreement such as Notification, schedule, transfer, termination, liquidation to make accurate and timely payment for tenant after finish liquidation;
6. Create Tenant’s profile in the system, follow up monthly fee, prepare paperwork and equipment for Tenant’s opening on time;
7. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
2. No experience required. Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field are preferred.
3. Can communicate in English;
4. Have a good teamwork spirit;
5. Be careful and good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
6. Be willing to work in shift
