Accounting Officer (Hanoi Head Office - 548)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Accounting Officer (Account Receivable) in Hanoi Head Office

- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Job summary:

+) Issue VAT invoice and send Payment Request to tenants

+) Prepare refunds for tenants

+) Follow up revenue and account receivable

+) Prepare AR reports

Detailed job description:

1. Check accounts receivable, tenancy agreements and issue invoices (30%)

2. Book entries related to account receivable & revenue into accounting software (10%)

3. Follow up revenue and bad debt; Answer tenant's questions daily if any (20%)

4. Send payment requests and refund for tenants twice a month (20%)

5. Deliver periodical reports as accounting regulations and requirements from Management (10%)

6. Other tasks as requirement from higher levels (10%)

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.

2. No experience required. Candidates who have 1 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.

3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese.

4. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).

5. Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.

6. Have high responsibility and be careful.
