Accounting Service Manager and Accounting Consultant

Manager position • Managing a portfolio of clients, including client take-on, control of billings/invoicing, and collections status… • Managing client assignments – determining task assigned, monitoring progress, reviewing work completed by supportive team members, and resolving project issues • Managing the team on a daily basis • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. Ensure the timely sending of all clients' monthly financial statements. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients. • Acting as the firm's first contact point for the client to anticipate and respond quickly to client needs. • Recruiting, managing, and providing training to new and existing staff as needed. • Assist in developing and implementing new procedures and features to enhance the firm's workflow. • Support Partners with special projects and workflow process improvements. Accounting consultant • Receive and check related documents sent by clients; then bookkeeping/ updating accounting software accordingly; • Prepare tax reports such as VAT declaration, PIT, CIT, FCT and other taxes (if any); • Prepare financial statements and maintain complete documents and records of assigned clients • Other additional tasks as required by supervisor and/or clients. • Further details will be discussed during the interview process.

Manager position • Graduated from university or postgraduate school, majoring in finance, accounting, or auditing. • At least 5 years of experience (with 3 years as General Accountant/ Chief Accountant) • Working experience in international accounting and tax services firms is preferable. • CPA certification is required. • Deep understanding of Vietnam tax law and enterprise regulations • Priority is given to candidates who have experience in tax examination and working with tax authorities • Proficient in English, good command of Korean and/or Chinese is an advantage • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …), accounting software • Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel (when required). • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Accounting consultant • Graduated from university, majoring in finance, accounting, or auditing • At least 1 year of experience in international accounting and tax services firms is preferable • Good command of English (and/or Chinese / Korean is an advantage) • Good communication skills and attention to details • Able to work in a team and independently.
