Accounting Staff

Accounting Staff will be in charge and completing financial and accounting jobs.

• Account Receivable (AR) Accountant:

- Issue VAT invoice to customer

- Match AR invoice and receipt

- Follow AR outstanding

• Bank accountant:

- Follow all transactions and issues with the bank

- Follow the receipt and payment

- In charge of bank reconsideration

• Other tasks as assigned

► Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or equivalent

- 1-2 years of work experience at the same position

- Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations

► Required Skills/Abilities:

- Good at Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Intermediate in English (mandatory), Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese should be an advantage.

- Being able to work independently and being proactive in solving related issues.

- Adapting to a high-pressure work environment

- Good communication skills in both verbal and written.

- Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Tan Son Hoa Ward (formerly Ward 2, Tan Binh District), HCMC

- Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday - Friday (Closed Saturday & Sunday)

- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)

- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)

- Annual Salary Increase: once per year

- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)

- Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
