Accounting Supervisor

Job Purpose

Accounting Supervisor will work closely with Operation Supervisors and report directly to Finance Director to ensure effectiveness activities of Accounting and Warehouse Department including organization, procedures, processes, financial system set up.

Job responsibilities

1) Financial accounting

• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and group requirements.

• Review asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries including checking all related documents to make sure that they are proper recorded and monitored.

• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

• Prepare financial reporting to comply with local law and regulation and group accounting policies.

• Coordinates with other departments, group internal auditors and external auditors and external parties.

• Monitor fixed asset and other assets to ensure that it is properly recorded under VAS/IFRS.

2) Tax specialist

• Prepare/Review tax declaration and finalization (CIT, FCT).

• Maintain the compliance for all matters relates to Tax.

• Work closely with tax advisor to address and reduce the potential risks for the Company.

• To be a key contact person with Tax Department.

3) Perform other job related tasks as assigned.

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting with strong knowledge in VAS and the prevailing tax regulations

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance field, with 3 years in similar position.

• Fluency in English (both writing and communication)

• Proficiency in MS office and accounting system
