Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to ensure financial accuracy and oversee our accounting operations for the responsibilities as below:

1. Responsible for daily accounting operations and financial management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure timely closing.

3. Manage tax compliance, including calculation, filing, and finalization of VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.

4. Manage cash flow, with key control over COD funds, receivables, payables, and expenses.

5. Establish and implement internal controls and risk management to identify and mitigate financial and tax risks.

6. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties on finance-related matters.

7. Prepare management reports as required by the Board of Directors.

- Proficiency in Chinese is required; English fluency is a strong plus.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related disciplines.

- Chief Accountant Certificate in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Finance.

- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent position within the logistics / shipping / freight forwarding industry.

- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax laws, and regulations related to the maritime transportation and shipping industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using accounting software.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment; strong communication and negotiation skills.
