Mô Tả Công Việc
- Prepare weekly cash report
- Manage all contracts from suppliers and legal documents
- Prepare payroll on monthly basic.
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Input data into accounting system
- Handle tax declaration & tax payment, reconcile tax payment with tax office
- Coordinate PIT finalization at end of year with consultant
- Handle all HR and admin issues as social insurance contribution, recruitment, visa and work permit application, business licenses adjustment.
- Work with suppliers for signing contract & contract extension,
- Submit annual report to DOIT
- File & manage all accounting document logically & properly
- Other tasks as requested by manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good in written and spoken English
- Computer application skills, especially MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Korean is advantage
- Good relationship with tax office is advantage
