Admin Assistant (KPMG Delivery Center)

Perform Audit Support services mainly for Audit Confirmation and Year-end Stock Count services, including the main following responsibilities:

Audit Confirmation services

- Generate Audit Confirmations (“ACs”) via the automated internal system and send soft copies to Audit Engagement Team.

- Receive authorized hard copy ACs from Audit Client or Audit Engagement Team and send to Addressees (“Responders”).

- Follow up statuses of Audit Confirmations and perform Chasing Calls to encourage ACs returned.

- Receive replied hard copy ACs from Addressees (“Responders”) and upload them into the automated internal system.

- Assemble and archive returned audit confirmations.

Year-end Stock Count services

- Attend Year-end Stock Counts of Audit Clients to perform the relevant audit procedures as assigned and guided by Audit Engagement Team.

- Prepare the proper working papers as requested by Audit Engagement Team.

Other tasks required by Supervisors

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects, e.g., accounting, finance.

- Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Good command of English and Vietnamese.

- The ability to apply an understanding of financial statements.

- Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.

- Detail-oriented and strong organizational, effective time management and communication skills.

- Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines.

- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

- Enthusiastic, demonstrate a “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
