Location: No 24, 40 Street, Thao Dien, Quan 2, Ho Chi Minh
Contract: Permanent Position
Starting: Immediately
Reporting To Managing Directors:
1. Admin And Finance
• Ability To Follow Up Invoicing On Softwares Such As Odoo / Quick Books / Xero
• Supporting Gm + 3rd Party Accountant With Book-Keeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable On Daily Basis
• Assisting In Monthly Closing And Relevant Financial Reports
• Assisting Intercompany Reconciliation
• Assisting In Handling The Balance Sheet And P&L
• Assisting On Monthly Forecasts And Statistical Reports
• Assisting In Annual Audit Process
2. Invoicing And Payments Follow Up
• In Charge Of Preparing Payments
• Ensure Invoices Are Well Received From All Suppliers
• Following Very Strictly On All Payments To Be Received
• In Charge Of Re-Invoicing Process To Suppliers And Customers When Needed
3. HR
• Support 3rd Party Hr Accountant On The Daily Documentation And Record-Keeping
• Support Gm On Staff Recruitments
• Support On Documentation For Visa Or Other Administrative Duties
4. General Administrative Duty And Organisation
• Supervision Of The Good Organisation Of The Office At Several Levels (Erp / Dropbox / Hard Files / Sourcing Files)
• Support For Various Administrative Duties And Day To Day Running Of The Office

Job Requirements & Skills
• Previous Up To 3 Years’ Experience In An International Trading Office A Plus
• Familiar With Full Accounting Process, Great Calculating + Forecasting Skills And High Sensibility In Numbers
• Hard-Working, Team-Work Spirit, Good Communication, Strong Organizational Skills
• Outstanding Execution Ability With Proven Determination And Perseverance In Reaching Goals. A Never Give Up Attitude.
• Self Motivated And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines With A High Degree Of Accuracy
• Fluency In Both Oral & Written English
• Computer Literacy In Ms Office, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Quickbooks / Xero / Oodoo
• Certificate Of Accounting / Finance Professional
