We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin cum HR Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, as well as assisting with various HR functions. Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: • Manage Stationery/Tools office suppliers and place orders as necessary. • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. • Control and maintain electronic/internet and physical filing/server systems. • Coordinate appointments and training course, manage calendar, and book the business trip (i.e. Hotel, Airplane ticket…) for Board of Managements. • Control and assist in the preparation of report to summarize Taxi receipt/EMS and other documents. • Control and archive the professional service contracts and Audit reports. • Organize the Party/Happy-Friday activity and communicate with supplier to arrange annual Company trip. • Other administrative ad hoc. 2. Human Resources Assistance: • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job information, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Conduct initial screenings of candidates and coordinate interview schedules. • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and resignation procedure following regulation, including preparing paperwork. • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records (i.e. timesheet, day-off/leaves, Overtime), and HR databases. • Control and summarize the performance evaluation forms and overall performance of employees. • Assist with employee the relation issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. 3. General Support: • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. • Provide the support for other departments for visa/working-permit/temporary residence card as required.
