As an Operations Leader at DEK Technologies Vietnam, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and supervising daily administration and compliance operations of company.
You will gain excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Drive the establishment of annual operational plans, budget allocation aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure the organization's processes remain legally.
- Follow-up and supervise all reports related to Government.
- Organize and supervise DEK’s activities (innovations, annual events etc.)
- Other tasks will be assigned when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years of administration experience.
- Good in English communication.
- Good leadership & management skill.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Good communication & problem-solving skills.
