Mô Tả Công Việc
- Coordinate general work of Hanoi branch
- Collect all request of customer via phone, email and transfer information to Sales Team
- Draft quotation and send to distributor/customer as requested
- Follow up the quotation and arrange purchase order
- Follow up and remind customers to make payment
- Maintain and update the databases on the company’s website regarding price list, calculation tools, stock, delivery status, etc
- Support the Sales Team with Power point Presentations, market analysis
- Update and maintain the Sales and Marketing department's documentation and databases
- Make the Sales and Marketing, Administration report (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) or when requested
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good Japanese (N2) and English skills are required
- Only women, Vietnamese people, over 28 years old, minimum 05 year experience working as Administrator or sales and marketing assistant experience.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web searches
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines with a high level of attention to details.
- Priority to candidates who have worked for foreign companies, especially Japanese companies.
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team, adapt & work under high-pressure, honest, work overtime when necessary
