Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Administration Officer (AEON MALL Binh Tan)
+ Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan – 01 – 17A street, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays
+ Report to: Deputy Manager
Job summary: Ensuring tenant’s operation following company’s regulation and procedures. Handling office management to ensure the best working condition for all staff.
Detailed job description:
1. Control Tenant’s staff data by using system, analyse and update monthly to ensure no lack of information (15%);
2. Daily patrol and check Tenants to ensure they comply with regulations and procedures of the shopping mall and keep their working manner as AEON MALL standard. Collaborate with team member/ other departments to solve Tenant’s inquiries/ complaints/ problems (15%);
3. Manage Tenant’ s legal documents such as Business License, Sub License, Insurance, Food hygiene certificate …, to ensure all Tenants operate at the center accordance with the law (10%);
4. Tenant’s training scheme: prepare all necessary items for the training (arrange layout, attendance list…) to ensure attendee satisfaction and smooth training, organize Training for new Tenant’s staff. Organize activities such as workshop, contest, Eco event for Tenant’s staff (20%);
5. Manage customer voice to ensure all comments are processed on time and follow AEON MALL standard (15%);
6. Handle office management such as stationery, office equipment, arrange duty roster, meeting room to ensure the office is well organized (10%);
7. Prepare periodical reports for supervisor/ manager (10%);
8. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors (5%).
